Rock to Recovery

Rock to Recovery

Rock to Recovery is a unique approach to treatment that involves music instruction, production and publication to SoundCloud all in a group setting. Wesley Geer, CADC I, founded the Rock to Recovery program and they send their teams to treatment centers and recovery groups all over the country. Wesley is enormously talented and committed to sobriety and helping others recover. He’s the founding member of Hed P.E. and was the touring guitarist for Korn.

How Rock to Recovery Works

Rock to Recovery is an amazing, transformative experience. A Rock to Recovery Team Member will book an event at our Intensive Outpatient Treatment center. They bring all of the music equipment: guitars, amps, drums, keyboards and recording equipment. Before the music session starts, the Rock to Recovery counselor, also in recovery, will lead a group session explaining their road to recovery and the role that performance played in it. Afterwards, the group will compose a song together. The Rock to Recovery leader will teach people how to play various instruments as well. Then, the group will perform and record together. At the end, you’ll upload your original recording to SoundCloud.

Relapse Prevention and Rock to Recovery

Rock to Recovery is an example of a relapse prevention strategy. Finding joy in life through sober activities like music performance can help you maintain your sobriety long-term. Solution Based Treatment places heavy emphasis on relapse prevention. That’s why we offer not just Rock to Recovery, but outings and adventures on the weekends as well.

Is Rock to Recovery Covered by Insurance?

The Rock to Recovery program is included in your treatment. As well, our outings and adventures on the weekends are included as well. We frequently go hiking, to the beach, to the movies, bowling even K1 Go-Kart racing. It’s all part of our inpatient treatment programs.

Our Treatment Programs

Solution Based Treatment offers a full continuum of care. Our treatment programs can begin with inpatient detox. After detox, we offer inpatient substance use disorder and mental health treatment programs. Many of our clients continue their journey in our outpatient programs after graduating from our inpatient treatment programs.

Inpatient Detox Programs

Inpatient detox is what Solution Based Treatment is widely known for. Our detox programs address the needs of those suffering from alcohol use, opioid use, prescription drug use and benzodiazepine use. Our inpatient detox programs last 7-10 days. Thereafter, our clients begin inpatient residential treatment

Inpatient Programs

We offer a wide range of inpatient treatment programs to meet just about anyone’s needs. From inpatient alcohol rehab to inpatient fentanyl rehab we have you covered. As well, we offer dual diagnosis treatment and inpatient programs strictly for mental health disorders. Our inpatient programs last 30, 45 or 60 days depending on the needs of the client.

Partial Hospitalization Programs (Day Treatment)

Day Treatment programs, sometimes referred to as PHP programs, are a step down from inpatient care. The primary goal is to continue treatment with individual and group counseling and avoid relapse. Most people in PHP programs either live at home or in a sober living environment. These programs last anywhere from a week to a month.

Intensive Outpatient Programs

In our Intensive Outpatient Program, you’ll continue to see the same counselors and therapists. You’ll focus on relapse prevention and relapse prevention strategies and coping skills. If you need help finding a sober living home, Solution Based Treatment can refer you to one of the many in our area.

Residential Mental Health Program

If you’re seeing inpatient care solely for a mental health issue, Solution Based Treatment can help. Our residential mental health programs address depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and other disorders. These programs last 30, 45 or 60 days. You can also continue on with us on an outpatient basis after the residential portion of your care is completed.

How do I Determine if My Insurance will Cover Treatment?

There’s a few simple ways. Give us a call at (833) 999-1941 and have your insurance card on hand. We can verify your insurance benefits in about an hour and let you know what your insurance plan will cover and if there’s any out of pocket expenses. You can also give your insurance company a call and ask them what your plan covers. However, it’s best to know the type of program you need first.

PPO Insurance Coverage for Treatment

PPO coverage for treatment is the most flexible. Typically, it will allow you to choose your own treatment center, not one approved by the insurance company. You have more treatment options with PPO insurance and your out of pocket expenses are typically lower.

HMO Insurance Coverage for Treatment

HMO insurance can cover most or all of the cost of care in some circumstances. However, you may be limited by treatment providers that are in-network with your insurance company. Solution Based Treatment is in-network with a number of different companies. To determine if your HMO will cover the cost of care, call us at (833) 999-1941 any time.

Our Treatment Team

Our Treatment Team is one of the most experienced in the industry. We maintain a full range of medical staff, clinical staff, counselors and client care specialists. They specialize in evidenced-based treatment. During the course of care, they may prescribe FDA approved taper medications while in detox, other comfort meds and prescriptions to alleviate mental health disorders.

Why Solution Based Treatment?

People choose Solution Based Treatment because we provide full-spectrum treatment. They choose us because of our quality of care and our Treatment Team. If you or someone you care about needs help, reach out to our Admissions Department or call us any time at (833) 999-1941.
