Solution Based Treatment offers a full spectrum of care for substance use and mental health disorders. We are widely recognized for the quality of our inpatient detox and residential treatment programs. We serve clients from all over the United States and we also help people who live locally in our day treatment and intensive outpatient programs. Levels of Care
For substance use disorders (SUD’s) there is a typical path that people follow for treatment. We refer to them as levels of care. Here’s an example of a typical pathway and program lengths for SUD’s:
- Inpatient Detox: 7-10 days
- Residential Treatment: 30, 45 or 60 days
- Day Treatment (Partial Hospitalization Program): 14 days
- Intensive Outpatient Programs: 30 days to a year
Inpatient Detox Programs
Solution Based Treatment offers a wide variety of inpatient detox programs. Most commonly, these programs address the use of alcohol, opioids of all types including fentanyl and prescription opioids and benzodiazepines. Out clinical and medical staff monitor our clients around the clock in a comfortable residential environment. As well, our medical staff prescribes FDA approved taper and comfort medications as needed.
Residential Treatment Programs
Once our clients complete the detox phase of treatment, they move to the residential phase. This can last 30, 45 or 60 days depending on the needs of our clients. During this phase of treatment, clients benefit from individual counseling, group settings and lectures on relapse prevention. As well, they benefit from exercise in our gym and outings and adventures on the weekend.
Mental Health Treatment Program
Solution Based Treatment also provides inpatient treatment programs strictly for mental health. These programs last 30, 45 or 60 days and our clients live in one of our upscale residences with a maximum of 5 other clients. They are not treated in a hospital setting. Our clinical and medical staff address their needs for medications to help them stabilize and live without stress. As well, they benefit from individual counseling sessions, group therapy, exercise at our gym and weekend adventures.
Day Treatment (Partial Hospitalization Programs)
Day Treatment is considered a step-down from inpatient treatment. The ultimate goal is to diminish the possibility of relapse or the need for continued care in an inpatient setting. During this phase, our clients may live at home or in a sober living environment of their choice.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP’s are anywhere from 30 days to 1 year in length. At this level of care, our clients continue to receive individual and group counseling. As well, regular check-ins with medical staff. Many of our clients that come to us for residential treatment from out of the area make the decision to stay with us for long-term care. Our Treatment Team can help our clients find sober living arrangements in the nearby area.
