Will My Insurance Cover Treatment?

Insurance Coverage for Treatment
One of the most important questions people ask when considering a treatment provider is, “Will my insurance cover treatment?” What makes it even more difficult is that there are a wide variety of different types of insurance. There’s PPO plans, HMO plans, EPO plans, and insurance provided by individual states. Solution Based Treatment accepts insurance from many different companies and policy types. In addition we are in-network with a number of different insurance companies too.
Our Admission Advisors can help you quickly determine if your insurance will cover up to 100% of the cost of treatment. When you call us at (833) 999-1941 during normal business hours, we are able to check your benefits and determine your coverage in about an hour. You have other options as well. You can check your coverage securely online with us or you can call your insurance company directly.
The Different Types of Insurance Plans
There are 4 different categories of health insurance. These are PPO plans, HMO plans, EPO plans and insurance provided by your state or federal government. Most people obtain PPO, HMO and EPO plans from their employer. In some cases, people have health coverage from their parents. Parents are able to maintain coverage for their dependent children until they turn 26.
PPO Insurance
Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans give their subscribers the most flexibility. Typically, subscribers can choose almost any doctor, hospital or treatment provider they like. Obtaining authorization for coverage before you are admitted to treatment may not be necessary.
HMO Insurance
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO’s) are a bit more restrictive than PPO plans. Instead of allowing their subscribers to be treated by anyone they choose, they are limited to care providers within their network. This means that if you have an HMO plan, you’ll need to call your insurance company or have our Admission Advisors do so to determine if treatment is covered under your plan. Solution Based Treatment is an in-network provider of care with many different insurance companies.
EPO Plans
Exclusive Provider Organization (EPO) plans are like a hybrid of HMO and PPO plans. Typically you are restricted to primary care doctors within your network. However, you may be able to have specialized care covered out-of-network, meaning, substance use and mental health treatment may be covered out-of-network with an EPO.

What Our Alumni Say About Us
“It was a blessing to stumble upon Solution Based Treatment. They’ve taught me how to be a better communicator, they’ve taught me how to live with myself and not run away. I attribute this to the care and the accountability of the staff here.”
—Connor
“How can I put it…even though there’s other clients, it’s almost like it’s one-on-one. And the attention, as far as talking to therapists, your counselors, psychiatrists, and the groups and the meetings have been great. It’s nothing but good attention!”
—Jose
“Oh my gosh…The counseling and the therapy have probably been some of the biggest things for me. I have been in treatment multiple times and I’ve never had the one-on-one counseling or therapy that I’ve gotten here. If you truly want recovery and professionalism…this is absolutely the best place to be.
