Sober Living Program

Wondering “where to find sober living near me”? We can help at Solution Based Treatment. No matter what city you’re in, we serve California’s communities to help them focus on recovery after a substance use disorder (SUD). In our sober living program, you’ll be paired with other people just like you, so you can learn from and support your peers.

What Is a Sober Living Home?

A sober living home is a place where residents can have more independence while still working on building self-esteem, coping skills, and other necessary habits for long-term recovery from a substance use disorder. Sober living homes usually have a few residents (ours have up to six) who live together to support each other in their sobriety.

Sober Living Homes Near Me

As you begin looking for sober living homes near me, look at our addiction treatment facilities at Solution Based Treatment. We offer a number of treatment plans and have residential programs that last 30, 45, and 60 days to make them convenient for you.

Sober Living While in Partial Hospitalization Programs

Generally, those who are in partial hospitalization programs may be able to live in sober living facilities as well. Partial hospitalization programs usually take only a few hours a day every day, so having a sober living facility to return to can help encourage sobriety while away from medical, behavioral health, and mental health support.

What To Expect While Living in a Sober Living Home

While in sober living, you’ll live with around five other people and begin working toward transitioning away from the treatment program. People living in sober living homes have often already started and graduated from substance abuse treatment programs, but all treatment centers work differently. Generally, those in sober living facilities focus on integrating back into normal daily life, but they may still attend outpatient treatment, individual therapy, or other types of treatment.

How Solution Based Treatment Can Help You Find Sober Living

Once you complete your primary treatment plan at our treatment centers, we can help transition you into a sober living home with up to five other people there. There are different kinds of homes available, from those that welcome men or women to those with co-ed designs. When you’re ready to move on to sober living, speak with our team about your options at (833) 999-1941.

How Long Is Our Residential Treatment Program

At Solution Based Treatment, our residential treatment programs last between 30, 45, and 60 days.

Do I Need To Detox Before Residential Treatment?

Yes, you will need to detox before you go into residential treatment. Those in residential treatment centers have already completed detox and are free of drugs or alcohol in their systems. Their focus is on recovery. If you still need to detox, you will usually do so separately before entering your residential treatment program.

Our Approach to Treatment

At our facilities, our approach to treatment is to listen to you to really understand your wants, needs, and goals for treatment. We understand how difficult it can be to seek treatment, and we want you to know that we are on your side. We use evidence-based treatments and provide supportive health care to give you the best chance of success in our programs.

Our Other Treatment Programs

We don’t just help with sober living and residential care. We also help with detox, partial hospitalization, and outpatient services.

Inpatient Detox Programs

Inpatient detoxification programs help get drugs and alcohol out of your system, allowing you to focus on your recovery without worrying about symptoms of withdrawal.

Partial Hospitalization Programs

Partial hospitalization programs, also called “PHPs”, are programs that provide hospitalization for several hours a day to assist with treatment in a secure environment. These programs usually take around 20 hours a week and don’t require you to live at the facility.

Will Insurance Cover Residential Treatment?

For those who are insured plans will generally cover the cost of treatment to some degree. To learn how much you’ll pay for treatment, call our Admissions Department at (833) 999-1941. We can reach out and contact your insurer to verify your benefits in as little as an hour.

PPO insurance coverage for Residential Treatment

If you have PPO insurance coverage, your insurance company will cover any treatment plan, in or outside of your network. However, the amount you pay will depend on if the provide is in your network or not. You’ll pay more for out-of-network care.

HMO insurance coverage for Residential Treatment

If you have HMO insurance coverage, you’ll need to seek residential treatment through a provider who is in your network. Solution Based Treatment is in-network with many insurance companies.

Detox Insurance Coverage

Many insurance companies cover detoxification as a medical service. Our Admissions Department can help determine if you have detox coverage when you call us to seek treatment.

What Our Alumni Say About Us

“It was a blessing to stumble upon Solution Based Treatment. They’ve taught me how to be a better communicator, they’ve taught me how to live with myself and not run away. I attribute this to the care and the accountability of the staff here.”

“How can I put it…even though there’s other clients, it’s almost like it’s one-on-one. And the attention, as far as talking to therapists, your counselors, psychiatrists, and the groups and the meetings have been great. It’s nothing but good attention!”

“Oh my gosh…The counseling and the therapy have probably been some of the biggest things for me. I have been in treatment multiple times and I’ve never had the one-on-one counseling or therapy that I’ve gotten here. If you truly want recovery and professionalism…this is absolutely the best place to be.
